Please submit three (3) copies to the Senatus

 

Report should include the following information:

Ø      Name of praesidium

Ø      Parish

Ø      Date

Ø      Period covered

Ø      Officers and vacancies

Ø      Numbers of

ü      active, praetorian, auxiliary, adjutorian members

ü      recruiting contacts

ü      guests

ü      members gained, members lost

ü      members subscribing to Maria Legionis magazine

 

Ø      % attendance at praesidium meeting

Ø      Officers’ % attendance at Senatus meeting

Ø      Method of handbook study

 

Ø      List works done under each of the following categories:

ü      Conversion

ü      Conservation

ü      Consolation

ü      Other

Ø      Describe approach on each type of work

Ø      How often is each work done?

Ø      Comment on highlights and significant results

 

Ø      Attendance at Legion functions (Acies, Annual General Reunion, September Function, Outdoor Function)

Ø      Special Legion-sponsored activities held or participated in (i.e. Retreat, PPC, etc.)

 

Ø      Previous balance

Ø      Total income

Ø      Senatus donations

Ø      Total expenses

Ø      Balance on hand
